**Quarterly Assessments due the 1st of the Month in January, April, July, October

Coupon books for the quarterly HOA payments will no longer be automatically mailed to all residents as in the past. Many residents are paying the assessments electronically so are not using the coupon books. This will save the Association money as only residents who request a coupon book for the quarterly payments will be sent one. Coupon Books are $12.00 and will need to be paid with your first check.
Community Café:
The first time you register, the “Registration Code” will be your 7-digit account number, which starts with a "t" and can be found on your payment coupon. Once you are registered, you can make one-time payments via e-check or credit card, set up recurring payments (applicable 3rd party fees will apply based on payment type), or view your personal account information such as account ledger, architectural applications, violation letters, and much more!
